WC SP, WALL MOUNTED:

As a counterpart to the classic round design language of the WC RP, TOTO launched its first square design WC, the WC SP, in 2018. SP stands for Square Perfection. Elegant, compact and geometric, the design conveys timelessness.

Like all TOTO toilets, the SP toilet is completely rimless, meaning there is no longer a flush rim under which dirt can quickly settle. All areas of the toilet bowl are therefore easy to reach and can be cleaned more quickly and easily. The special CEFIONTECT glaze makes the surface of the ceramic so smooth and finely structured that dirt, mold and bacteria can hardly settle. Finally, the TORNADO FLUSH flush ensures that the inside of the toilet bowl is thoroughly cleaned: the water is directed in a circular motion and powerfully into every corner of the toilet bowl. Dirt is flushed away efficiently and completely, without splashing and with little water consumption (4.5 liters flush). Even the spread of intestinal germs is almost impossible with the TORNADO FLUSH flush, as the hygiene report by Prof. Dr. Med. Zastrow shows. The flush is also particularly quiet and does not exceed 64.8 dB.

The interaction of these unique hygiene technologies makes TOTO toilets particularly hygienic and durable. The use of cleaning agents is also significantly reduced.

SP, Seat:

The SP toilet seat and the matching ceramic not only form a cohesive unit visually. They are also the perfect duo in terms of hygiene. When choosing the material for the seat, TOTO paid particular attention to long-term stability and environmental friendliness in addition to the well-known hygiene standards. This is precisely why the seat was made from durable urea resin. The hygienic and non-porous surface can be cleaned without leaving any residue using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth.

Simply pressing the release buttons is enough to separate the seat from the ceramic and to reach even the hard-to-reach places. The stainless steel hinges used by TOTO are particularly corrosion-resistant and an essential component for a long-lasting connection between the seat and the ceramic. The almost silent automatic lowering mechanism ensures even more comfort and hygiene in the bathroom. A simple tap is enough for the toilet seat to close automatically. This avoids unnecessary contact points in both private and public areas.
