Shipping:
Shipping to islands is excluded.
Shipping costs include statutory VAT.
Shipping of freight forwarding items
Freight forwarding goods are unloaded via a truck lift and then with a pallet truck on the sidewalk “free from the curb”. Upon delivery, the buyer ensures that the vehicle can drive unhindered to the unloading point on a paved road. The unloading point must have sufficient space and be tarred, smooth paved or concrete.
Delivery times
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). The delivery of individually manufactured goods is carried out by the assembly team on the day of assembly. The date will be agreed in advance with the customer after the measurements. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
